Terms of service

Adam Calling is a business platform for AI phone calls: Adam phones the people you choose, asks the questions you configure, and returns transcripts, recordings, and extracted answers. These terms govern the website, the app, and the API. Using the service means agreeing to them.

Accounts and eligibility

  • The service is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for the company you sign up.
  • Keep your credentials and API keys to yourself. What happens under your account is your responsibility until you tell us it's compromised.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it current.

Calling rules - your side

You decide who Adam calls and why, so the legal basis for calling is yours to secure:

  • Call people who have agreed to be contacted, and honor the do-not-call registries that apply to your lists.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your calls - consumer protection, telemarketing, and call-recording consent rules included.
  • No harassment, no deception, no emergency or safety-critical calls, nothing illegal.

The platform holds up its side: Adam introduces himself as an AI, opt-outs stick permanently, and calling hours are enforced in each lead's timezone.

Your data

Your lead lists, recordings, transcripts, and extracted answers are yours. We process them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy; a data processing agreement is available on request. Export or delete your data whenever you want.

API

The API places calls, polls status and results, and downloads recordings - see docs.adamcalling.com. Keys are organization-scoped and rate limits protect everyone: don't probe, overload, or work around them.

Payment

Pilot pricing is per-minute, all-in - the model, speech, and telephony in one number, sized to your volume in your order. Price changes apply to future orders, never retroactively to a running agreement.

Availability and changes

We run the service with care but promise no uninterrupted availability - maintenance windows and provider incidents happen. The product evolves; features can change or be retired, with reasonable notice for anything you depend on.

Intellectual property

The platform - software, call flows we design, documentation, branding - stays ours. Your data stays yours. Feedback you send us we may use without obligation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows: our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages - lost profits, lost data you didn't export, lost deals. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using the service anytime - export your data first, and we delete the rest as the privacy policy describes. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms; for calling-rule violations, immediately.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, account holders get an email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.

Governing law

Polish law governs these terms, and disputes are resolved in Polish courts. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
